“Thank you again for a wonderful weekend. I felt inspired! I also felt tired today but somehow invigorated and relaxed inside all at the same time. Reflecting on it we used every part of ourselves, it seemed, into the process, through dance and movement, music, sensory, emotionally and intellectually. It was great.”

“The work I’ve done with Allison, both one-to-one and in groups, helps me express and understand and accept myself better; it helps me handle challenges at work and in my personal life; it’s incredibly nourishing and replenishing; it gives me the space and place and time to be myself. It’s been such a positive journey for me – long may it continue! “
– Jackie
